The equipment lessee

  • Certifies knowing how to swim, submerge, and being fit for water sports.
  • Acknowledges receiving the equipment in perfect working condition.
  • Acknowledges being informed of the authorized navigation zone or authorized routes.
  • Affirms having the knowledge and the necessary experience for the navigation they plan to undertake according to the stated conditions.
  • Commits to using the equipment under normal conditions in accordance with navigation rules and the number of users per vessel.
  • Commits to wearing their life jacket at all times.
  • Acknowledges being legally responsible for the rented equipment from the moment it is taken until it is returned.
  • Commits to paying in the event of a claim and according to their responsibility, for loss or damage of equipment, the cost of repairs, intervention, or replacement of the equipment.
  • Commits to paying for any overtime according to the prorated rates in effect.
  • Commits to respecting the natural environment and not causing any damage or pollution.
  • Commits to respecting other users of the site.
  • Commits to accepting that the renter remains the judge of the competence of participants and may, without notice, refuse the departure of reserved vessels depending on the changing navigation conditions.
  • The participation of minors is subject to the agreement and responsibility of their legal representative.
